Newsletter Down
I can't get to the newsletter.
I get the following error (I've seen it in English and Spanish):
An error has occurred. Please try your request again or return to the homepage.
The page keeps trying to reload and flickers and jumps all over the place.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Re: Newsletter Down
Seeing it in California also. Most likely a problem at SL's end of things.
I'd suggest giving them some time and trying later this afternoon.

Re: Newsletter Down
We are trying to track this down but it is very sporadic. Some can reproduce it, some can't. It isn't browser specific as one person can have it happen to them, then someone else can log in to the same browser and it will be fine. Our guess is it is account specific, but even those of us with the same exact calling (Exec Sec) have some succeed and some fail.
Please provide your calling and anything else you think might be unique about your account to help point us in the right direction. We are grasping at straws on this one.

Re: Newsletter Down
Looks I lost my Church Employee badge. I am on the lds.org team over this project, just so you don't think some random person is asking for info

Your badge has been restored. I'm not sure how it got lost, and it's probably not appropriate to include any quotes from The Treasure of the Sierra Madre. But it's back now.barkeraj wrote:Looks I lost my Church Employee badge. I am on the lds.org team over this project, just so you don't think some random person is asking for info

Re: Newsletter Down
The problem reported in this thread has been an on-going and sporadic problem for me for a couple of months. See my post in the No Access to Newsletter thread.
After reading this thread I tried to access Newsletter. I got the "An error has occurred. Please try your request again or return to the homepage." message in Portuguese again. Just a few days ago it was working fine. So the problem for me comes and goes. Clearing the cache and cookies does nothing for the language part of the problem.
My calling is clerk in a YSA branch. The calling is an out of unit calling.
