I am the stake clerk and the YSAs set up a website for people to register for an upcoming YSA conference: http://nmysaconference.com/
I was told this website needs to get cleared with Salt Lake. How would our stake go about that? Thanks.

Re: How does the stake get a YSA website approved
The old Handbook 2: 21.1.22 (and probably Handbook 1: 17.1.24) had specific verbiage dealing with YSA conferences and approval required. But those sections have been changed in the on-line manuals. While nothing is said about YSA conferences, it indicates that approval can be done at the local level.
If you want to find the old verbiage, I'd suggest looking for a printed Handbook. I can't remember where approval had to come from. If it doesn't say anything specific, I'd suggest the Stake President ask the Area Authority for guidance.
