I am the Executive secratary in our ward the bishop ask me to print a list of the widows and widowers. How do I do it?

You can't do it in the directory. Maybe LCR. But this might require a custom report from MLS.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

This can't currently be done anywhere except MLS, and there you have to use a custom report.
