I'm an office Elder in the Philippines Olongapo mission and I have a problem on logging in to CDE. I was in the middle of the process of encoding BCR'S and a power outage suddenly occurred. So I turned on the computer and when I tried to log in, I can't. And CDE had a status in the entry page like this one below. Does anyone have ideas on how to fix this kind of problem?

The screen shot indicates the database has become corrupted and a restore from backup is necessary.

I called support and they helped me out. It's all good now.
