how d0 I print a ward list that looks like the one I get from the membership clerk with name, address, children, telephone #, and email

You can find the print help information by clicking the Help button in the upper right of the Directory window. Then click the help menu item "Printing and Exporting the Directory."

In short, select "Households" in the left column and click the Print button in the upper right of the Directory. The format of the printed directory is made after the Print button is clicked. You can customize what is printed and other formatting options and configurations on the "Print Preview Directory" page. This is the page that is opened after clicking the Print button.
