LDS Tools not updating a move
We recently moved, and our records have been received by the new ward already. However, when I log in to LDS.org, or through the tools app, it gives me our previous ward. I have synced the app several times, and even noticed that we are not on that roster anymore. I was told by someone in the new ward that we're on their roster (in the app), but we still cannot see the new ward.

Odd. How long ago were the records moved? I haven't heard about a lag, but it's possible that a day or two is needed for everything to sync up.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

It was some time this week, I'm not sure of the day. Our records were read in sacrament meeting today though. I'm just not sure if I contact the clerk about this, or if it's a higher up issue. Thanks.

Let's cover some basic first. The system track you through your LDS Account and the Membership Record Number (MRN) associated with it. If for some reason you have the wrong MRN on your account, that would explain things.
Try logging into the directory and click on "My Household". Make sure that is your household. Also try logging into ldsaccount.lds.org and check that the birth date is correct. Errors here would suggest the MRN on your account is really for someone else.
Last thing to check, get the MRN from the membership tab of ldsaccount.lds.org or from the directory. Compare that with the MRN the clerk has for you. One possibility (although fairly rare), is there's a duplicate membership record - you have two MRNs and only one got moved to the new ward. There's also a possibility that someone with a similar name and birthdate got moved into the new ward instead of you.
