Can someone help me?
I have an I-pad with the Gospel Library and have been able to link quotes from the Institute manuals to the scriptures. For some reason I cannot link Ether 3:15 with the New BM Institute Manual Ether 3:15 quote by Elder Holland, in fact everything in this chapter after the introduction cannot be linked. The rest of the manual can. Can you help me?

It's because everything below the intro is formatted with bullet points. This is a known issue (there are certain things, including headings and bullet lists) which cannot be highlighted. It's my understanding that they're working on it, but they've been working on it a long time (there's a lot of content with this problem). In the meantime, I recommend you link to the heading and add a note about the content of interest. (I'm not part of the development team, or anything, it's just that this issue has been discussed before.)
