I was recently in a meeting in which the sister teaching the local RS presidencies mentioned that roll can be taken using MLS and doing so would automatically populate the clerks monthly and, succinctly, quarterly report. However, I have not figured out how this is done despite searching the relesse notes and forums! Is this possible??

No, that isn't possible. There is no support for entering attendance in MLS except to enter the total on the quarterly report.

Maybe she was thinking that VT visits can be recorded in MLS. But that doesn't automatically populate the quarterly report either.
