Uploading file.
I am trying to upload a file for a name removal but it will not upload either as a PDF or in Word format.

Okay, that's not the conflict then. Are you using Google Chrome? You may need to contact the Global Service Center for assistance.

It's fixed, last I heard. I would recommend trying it again.

I am also having problems with this. Gives me the same error as above. I've tried in both Chrome and Internet Explorer. I'm trying to upload a pdf. Any suggestions?
