Notes showing on iPad but not on desktop
I have started using gospel library and moving all my highlights and notes from another scripture app. I have entered hundreds of entries and starting yesterday they are not showing on the desktop but still show up on the iPad. In fact when I click on the "open notebook" button on the bottom of the page in the scriptures rather than opening my notebook it goes to https://www.lds.org/study-tools?lang=eng&clang=eng (trying to watch a video clip). So then I go to tools/notes and click on it, it goes to https://www.lds.org/study-tools/folders and just hangs not showing anything. Can someone assist???

Silly question: Is the desktop still logged in to your account?rpartridge wrote:starting yesterday they are not showing on the desktop but still show up on the iPad.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Yes - I have closed the browser and re-logined in. I have switched browsers (safari and firefox). I have rebooted. I have logged back into my account after each troubleshooting step.

Fyi - solved the issue by deleting some of my last entries. My guess is I had copied a non-display able special character that was causing issues with the browsers. Thanks!

Re: Notes showing on iPad but not on desktop
The online Notes does not support special formatting of any sort. Some people find that when copying from one application to Notes, it works best if you paste into WordPad or other very simple text program first so that it removes all the special formatting and background formatting, and copy and paste THAT text into Notes.
