Stake clerk trying to provide ward clerk support...

#1

Post by RHLewis »

As a stake clerk I get questions from ward clerks about how to perform specific functions at the ward level, but since I do not have access to specific ward data (class lists, VT & HT assignments) I am not able to "play with the system" to help them find solutions. I spend time combing through the various topics in this forum, but I often am not able to find responses to my particular questions.

A couple of years ago I managed to download the "test unit" data and that allowed me to try a few things, but that does not seem to be available any more or I simply could not get it to work with the newer version of MLS.

Any suggestions on how a stake clerk can help other than having to go to the unit's local computer and try to play with the system there?
