Gospel Library files not downloading

Gospel Library files not downloading
My system is Dell I7 notebook running win 8.1. I cannot obtain any 2014 files (conference, Engisn, etc.). I removed the app and reinstalled it. Still will not allow me to request and download 2014 files. What can I do.

Which version of the application are you attempting to download content on? Are you using the current public beta? (V. 2.0.0.49)?
