Quarterly report form for YM, YW, and Primary Attendance
I have the same names on the Primary and YM attendance rolls, Who Count them for the quarterly report? On the Unit Statislics 12 Children, and 6 individuals not in totals on line 21 of QR

You count attendance based on their status as of the last day of the quarter. So, for example, if a boy turned 12 during the quarter, you would count him in the YM statistics, not the Primary statistics.ccarson48 wrote:I have the same names on the Primary and YM attendance rolls, Who Count them for the quarterly report? This is all very clear if you go to the Quarterly Report and click on the "Potential" number for both the YM number (on line 18) and the Primary number (on line 21). You'll see that the boy who turned 12 during the reporting quarter is listed under YM, but not under Primary.
A boy who turns 12 during the quarter will be listed on both the Primary and Deacons Quorum rolls for the quarter, because he attended both classes during the quarter. But the official reporting is only for the class he was in at the end of the quarter.
