Scheduler Contact Information

Is it possible to set up generic scheduler contact information that could be passed from individual to individual when called, released, etc. For example, an email such as "buildingscheduler@email.com" and perhaps a google voice phone number.

Not though the church. But you could do it by setting up a Google account and then handing it over when changing the calling.

We have an email set up and phone number. However, when she is put in as the scheduler in the calendar it links to her personal information on MLS. How can we link or display the generic email and phone number on the calendar page?

You can try having her fill in "Membership Email" and "Mobile" in the ldsaccount.lds.org. It will go to more places than just the calendar, but that may not be a big deal.

But first you might want to verify that the Building Scheduler can do what you think they can. If you're thinking about the old model where one person schedules multiple units in a building - that doesn't work. At least not without bastardizing the calendar system from what's intended. If it's just a single unit, then Building Scheduler rights aren't really needed. It's calendar editing rights that will do the job.
