Cutting and pasting long notes into Gospel Library

Is there an easier way to attach long notes directly in my scriptures in Gospel Library without e-mailing them to my phone and cutting and pasting them into my phone APP? Can I somehow get them into gospel library directly on my computer?

If you are signed in to LDS.org, when you are in the Scriptures section of LDS.org (or several other areas as well), there will be a study bar at the bottom of the screen. You can review all your notes using the Notes feature (under the Tools menu) on LDS.org. These notes are synced to and from your Gospel Library app on your mobile device.
