A member needs his Tithing Statement from 2010 for a tax audit. In MLS I only see a handful of members Tithing Statements from 2010, (I know there is more). When I search for 2011 I see all the members and all the contributions.
How do I access this information if it appears to be missing?

If you're in the US, I'm surprised that you can see any of them (perhaps this was 2010 processed in 2011). The record retention for the US is 3 years plus the current year. So I'd think you'd only see data for 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
I'd suggest the member needs to contact church headquarters for a receipt that old.
