Can't submit QR using lds.org

I was at church to gather late HTing numbers for QR last evening. After approval of bishop, I intended to submit final report to SL at home this morning. However, the submit button is shaded and I can't click on it. The Save button is not shaded and allows me to save, but the Submit button remains shaded. Any suggestions?

You might find you have left an unfinished box. Can happen quite easily especially in the converts area!

Thanks, you were right. I left one box unchecked in the 16 convert member list.
