Individual Missionary Account Summary

I'm the ward clerk and a member with a child currently serving a mission asked me if I could run a report that shows how much has been paid toward their child's missionary fund. They said that other members have been paying into as well and they don't need to know who they are. They would just like to know if they are up to date on the payments. There is a report that shows the monthly payments of all the missionaries serving from our unit but this only has one month at a time. Can someone tell me if there is a way to access this information?

You can run an Income and Expense Report, choosing Details by Subcategory, and then selecting the subcategory for the particular missionary. You can pick a date range for the current year, or even choose a custom date range that covers the whole mission.

Note, however, that this report will list the donors by name, so if donors other than the parents have made donations, it would not be appropriate to give the actual report to them. But you could give them the current balance.
