Online membership different than MLS membership

Online membership different than MLS membership

I have a couple who is seasonally in our ward. Their record on LDS.org is in our ward. In MLS, their record is not in our ward. I've requested multiple times in MLS with no result. Any advice?

In MLS, do a unit data refresh. That will pull down everything in CMIS that's assigned to your ward.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
