I need to know how to transfer funds from the "other" account as is shown on the financial report. I tried to go to transfers section in MLS, but it only offerred the "other" account as yw,ym, missionaries,etc..

First, make sure that you understand proper uses for funds in the other category by reading the article The "Other" Category on RKATS. In many situations it is contrary to policy to simply transfer funds from Other to Budget.

Once you understand that, the answer as to how to transfer funds may depend on where your unit is located. In the US and Canada (and many other places), you can only transfer funds between major categories by writing a check to your unit from the "Other" account and then deposit it into an appropriate subcategory of "Budget."
