We had a grandchild visiting in our ward - with a rush situation of wanting to ordain him to an Deacon while they were visiting. Although we called the home ward and got confirmation it was OK they didn't document the ward the boy was from.
I have a filled out Aaronic Priesthood Ordination form but I am not sure how to go about recording this Ordination for the individual since they are not a member of our unit. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The ordination needs to be recorded where his records are. You can send the ordination form to the other ward's clerk. I don't know which bishop signs the ordination form and/or certificate...
