Cant acces perpetual fond web page lds account please help

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I'm a volunter for the Employment sistem here in Ensenada , its new only had like 2-3 months working

There is a young lady that needs to log on to the pef.lds.org page but wont let her ..
with the lds Account she should had to be abble to log in right??
becuase she can log on in to the www.ldsjobs.org wit the lds account but not to the
pef.lds.org page ..

i have email the area employment area manager about it but had no answer for the moment :(

It looks like http://www.ldsjobs.org is open to non-members, but pef.lds.org is not. She needs to check that her Membership Number is associated with her lds account.

Have her go to ldsaccount.lds.org. She should be able to see if she's a member and how to add her membership number if it is missing.

There's also a number of other requirements that might be an issue. For example, if her membership record is in the US, the system may refuse her login because Perpetual Education is not open to those in the US.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
