Separate Newsletter for Specific Auxiliary/Group
Is it possible (or advisable) to set up a newsletter dedicated to the activities, articles, or announcements of a specific auxiliary or group within the ward?

Re: Separate Newsletter for Specific Auxiliary/Group
You can add "categories", but I see no way to create a separate newsletter. Nor is there any way to restrict viewing based on a category. The categories are just tags to help the reader select what to read.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Yes, use categories in the newsletter tool. This is the way to sort/filter newsletter items at this time.

Thanks for this clarification and direction. If I understand it correctly, the option you describe should help us provide information specific to, say, the High Priest Group without requiring them to sift through other pages less specific to their interest.
For follow up: As our ward newsletter becomes available, will it be possible for a member of our organization to be granted administrative status to submit information to a category or will they need to submit new content to a single newsletter admin?

I'd suggest reading Managing rights and roles. Publishing rights should be sufficient for what you want, and the High Priest group leader is already a default publisher.strick wrote:will it be possible for a member of our organization to be granted administrative status to submit information to a category or will they need to submit new content to a single newsletter admin?
