One of our ward clerks is having trouble getting his new bishopric 2nd Counselor authorized to do tithing. He has checked the settings to make sure that he is authorized and he appears to be.
Has anyone experienced this issue or have an idea of how to address this?

Have you checked to be sure he is getting to CDOL?

Assuming we're talking about Plymouth, he's recorded properly.
What exactly is he trying to do? Just authorize it at the end, or do the tithing?
