Twins?

#1

Post by geek »

I wish there were a way to dictate birth order for twins in MLS.

We just blessed and created records for some. On the mother's record, the older twin is listed before the younger one. On the father's record, the younger twin is listed before the older one.

(I did create the records in the right order. And if you compare the twins' membership numbers, the older one has the "lower" number.)
Former membership clerk under 3 bishops, now on 2nd stint as executive secretary. Can I go back to teaching priesthood now?

Probably not, but you can try using the Special Requests function under Records.

However, be prepared (or prepare the parents) to live with them appearing in a random sequence as the records move from one unit to another during the lifetime of the member. Children are sorted by birth date. If the birth dates are the same, their sequence is likely to be totally random (or, at best, alphabetical) on various reports.
