Extend a call

I am a stake executive secretary. Our stake has tons of callings and releases and there are a number of steps that need to be completed in a certain order to effectively call and release someone from a calling. At times I feel like air traffic control trying to keep track of where things stand and who is assigned to do what.

In thinking about it, it seems that a process app could be developed that would allow someone to manage the process and communicate who is responsible for what, etc.

Does anyone know if a tool that would address this exists or what others are doing to keep things straight? There must be a simple way to manage this.

There is no such tool. Various people have proposed such a tool here on the forum, and/or are using various processes for managing the flow of callings (see, for example, here or here; this discussion also links to several other similar discussions).

I'm afraid this is not a simple process, or there's no truly simple way.

You posted this in "Emerging Technologies"; since there is no such "emerging" technology that anyone is aware of, you'd be better off discussing this in a clerk-related forum section.
