Most notes and cross references not syncing

Most notes and cross references not syncing
When I go onto LDS.org or Gospel Library 3.4.1I do not see most of the thousands of notes and cross-references I've made in my 2.5 Gospel Library app. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Make sure you are logged in in each of those places. Otherwise the system doesn't know who's notes to sync with.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
