Hi just sat in with the stake pres and patriarch and we have a couple of questions
We have some paper submitted blessings with their respective numbers, when they are added to MLS can they still have their numbers transferred?
If paper recommends are issued does this stop the whole system from working, or can we jump into the electronic process at a latter stage?

Are you talking about a on-line process? Because it appears to me that all MLS does is fill in the MRN and other membership info into the form. There's no "number" I can see that is to be transferred.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
