Calendar advanced options

I have in the past been able to print legal, landscape, with big or bigger text. Currently the options do not work, or at least completely. Please fix.

I just tried some of those options (specifically landscape/portrait), and they worked fine. Could you be more specific about which options you have a problem with, and what you mean by "do not work"? What error messages do you get? Or what is incorrect about the printout? Do you see these problems with the PDF download option, or is the PDF correct and you see the problems only when you actually print to a printer?
