MLS password

I was recently called as stake clerk so please excuse me as i travel the learning curve!

I received a note from a bishop that their EQP has forgotten his MLS password. Is there a way for me to change this remotely or does it have to be done at the local level? If at the local level, can the bishop do it or do I need to make a trip?

The Bishop of the ward should have full administrator privileges. You should be able to walk him through reseting the user's password over the phone while he is sitting at the computer.

There is not a way to remotely do it, but as danpass said if there is a bishop or other member that has admin privileges, you can walk them through resetting a password over the phone.
