I have developed a new App for Windows phone 8 called LDS Scripture Listener. This app allows the user to simply select a book and chapter from the LDS Standard Works and then will stream the .MP3 files from the Church's Web site (Much Like LDS Gospel Library for Windows Phone allows today) however when the chapter completes it will automatically play the next chapter. all the way through the current volume (OT, NT, BoM, D&C and PoGP). It streams the files using Windows Phone BackgroundAudio so you can switch apps and continue listening. It will also save your current location when you pause so you can pick up where you left off. I am planning on releasing this app to the Windows Phone store in the near future(as a free App). However I want to include the proper copyright and have the permissions to use the audio files appropriately prior to release. Can someone please point me to the correct email or contact so I can validate I can legally release this app?
Thanks
Mike Adams

In the LDS.org Terms of Use (linked to in the footer of each page) you'll see who to contact. Look in the last section ("Questions and Copyright Requests") for the Intellectual Property Office contact info.chichel wrote:Can someone please point me to the correct email or contact so I can validate I can legally release this app?
