Membership not showing on some devices

There are several people in our ward that have different electronic devices some can see all of the members some can not. There are a couple of families that show up for some in LDS Tools and the same families do not show up for other leaders in the ward.
What can we do to resolve this?

Individuals and families are allowed to set different levels of privacy options. The three settings are stake, ward and leadership. By "leadership" I believe that's only the extended ward bishopric and stake presidency.

You can confirm their settings by looking at what it's set to in the directory on lds.org.

I wouldn't change things without the member's permissions. As such, this may not be fixable without trampling on members privacy rights.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
