Aaronic Priesthood calling history

I am filling out my application for the University of California. The university wants me to describe my volunteer experience - all of the organizations I volunteered for, the leadership responsibilities I've had within those organizations, and how much time I dedicated in each organization.

I am including my service in the Church. I have held various Aaronic Priesthood quorum leadership positions, both in my current ward and in the ward I most recently moved out of, but I do not know how long I have held each position.

From what I have read, the Church does not store information on my Aaronic Priesthood quorum leadership positions. Is this correct? If so, then I hope that my old ward sent a record of all the quorum leadership positions I held in that ward to my current ward and/or someone in my old ward can send the record to me.

I have contacted the bishop and ward clerk of my current ward and the bishop of my old ward.

That may be true. The CDOL does store some calling history, but it only goes back a few years. Even then, much of that was only for high-level positions like Bishopric. When I tried to look up the history of any of the Young Men's leadership, I got nothing.

Historically, the church seems to have had little interest in recording the history of positions except for bishop and stake president.

There is no record at all anywhere of the calling you held in the Aaronic Priesthood Quorums all you can do is give a good estimate of the time served.

Your personal journal, or a journal kept by your parents probably would be the only source of this information.
