Head of House anomaly - Ward to Stake MLS

Hi,

Just running a report for the Ward Clerks to identify members over 18yrs with Recommends that are sitting in Position "Other" in a Household. This is so they can review and move those that should be part of their own Household for HT/VT and other stewardship purposes rather than being listed a dependant member of a household.

Anyway, what was interesting was that it found a member whose husband recently moved for work and the family are following but remain in the ward. The Household record in the Ward looks good but the Stake MLS record shows something quite odd.

I performed a Unit Refresh on the Stake MLS but still nothing changed.

Is this something that is known as a bug or something new?

Found another one on the weekend - a different unit. This time both Head Of House and Spouse are in the unit.
