Primary Building Scheduler Selection not saving properly

I've tried setting the primary building scheduler on one of my buildings in the stake about 5-6 times over the past 3-4 months and the primary scheduler ALWAYS reverts back to the wrong person.

I get no error messages AND after I update the primary building scheduler, the screen shows the correct scheduler right after I save, but if I click the Gear > "Locations & Rooms", the primary building scheduler resets.

As I mentioned, I've tried this beginning in August, using different browsers, probably once or twice a month, hoping that it would finally "stick".

It hasn't "stuck" yet .

Any ideas?
