Turn a clerk's office into a temp. control room

We meet in a 4 yo legacy building. We have 2 units and 3 clerks offices My relished Stake President asked me to reduce my foot print to increase seating at a muliti stake conference. with the help of the FM supervisor I got to work I did all the labor. So I drilled holes and installed conduit made most of the changes needed. You can't see any evidence of the move. Now I want to add speakers in the room that can be turned off. My FM group had "Sound Design" from SLC out this way and asked them to look at what can be done. The tech told the FM group that the Church doesn't want control rooms in meetinghouses. Everything is locked up and put away when we are not in conference, it looks like a clerks office with a 2" conduit coming out about 4" from the ceiling. Now I can't get the speakers. "Really, WOW"
