Temple Recommend Status Report

As a Ward Exec Sec I used to be able to "send a message" to those who's Temple Recommend was about to expire, reminding them to get it renewed. However I now see that this option is no longer there? See leader and clerk resources>reports>temple recommend status.
Has this option been eliminated? or moved to a different location? why?

I don't have access to that report. Was it an option from within the report to email people whose recommends were expiring?

I've always seen the "Send a Message" function to the right of the menus. I just logged in and see it.

Yes, it was an option within the report. At the top right corner. Very handy
