Feedback - Calendar

It would be great if there were an option on calendars that would allow the calendar creator to have the contact person's email address be linkable to email. For example, in setting up a missionary dinner appointment calendar I want to show both the booked appointments and also the available/open dinner appointments. Then ward members could click on an open dinner appointment and promptly send the contact person an email message to book that slot.

Alternately, having an option that could be set by the calendar creator to allow people with access to the calendar to submit a calendar booking for approval would be great!

Allowing everyone the capability of editing the calendar in real time by making the whole ward "editors" for the calendar would be a recipe for disaster! But making it easier for them to submit a potential booking would be fabulous!

I think this is a great idea. Often ward council members need to be able to add things to the calendar but sometimes they aren't completely up-to-speed on using the calendar tool and could cause problems. Or sometimes event planning, for example for a Relief Society activity, is delegated to a random member not on the ward council who doesn't have any access rights. Or, missionaries may want to schedule a baptism or something in the building (do they have the same out-of-unit member rights now with the calendar that they were recently granted with the directory?)...
