Change Default Administrator for New Calendar Notifications
How do I change the default administrator for new calendar approve/deny notifications? Or, does a newly created calendar automatically notify all administrators?

I don't think that's configurable. I would imagine that all are notified.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
