100 Years Of Scouting Broadcast on Oct 29th, 2013

The 100 Years of Scouting broadcast listed on the church's event page doesn't specify whether or not the broadcast will be via Satellite or Internet only. There's a snippet about attending a local LDS Stake Center so I assume it will be broadcasted via Satellite but I don't like to assume anything.

Thanks,

In a August 29th letter, it was stated that it will be via satellite as well as Internet.

You can always go to https://broadcastinfo.lds.org to see the details about any upcoming broadcast. There you will see on the details for this particular broadcast (which is actually the aforementioned August 29 letter) that it is indeed being broadcast via satellite.
