Feedback about Move Records Out Function...

I just thought I would put my 2 cents worth in....
I think that when moving a member's records out of the ward when the address is unknown, there should be a way to attach a detailed document of your efforts so they are not duplicated by someone else. The current 40 characters x 4 lines maximum is simply too small to forward all of the necessary information to enable whoever is going to attempt to locate the member further. Hopefully this can be looked at in a future edition.

You can always send a MLS message to LUS and they can forward it on to whom ever manages the unknown file. Make sure you include the Membership number in the message.
