Cannot delete bookmarks

I know that deleting some things has been discussed, but I can't find anything about deleting bookmarks. It seems like it should be a simple thing, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Anyone know how to do this? I am using Gospel Library 3.

I love it when I answer my own questions! I have tried for several days to delete bookmarks and just now I accidentally solved the problem. I ran my finger from left to right over the bookmark and a delete button appeared....simple if you know how...

You can also tap "Edit" and then the minus button by the bookmark, then Delete...

I'm on an iPad and neither of those solutions work - sill can't delete my bookmark.
