Aug Ensign 2013 does not have audio

My Ensign 2013 does not have audio. Is that by design or do I have a problem with my download?

Our content team has not yet been provided with the audio or has not yet had a chance to link the audio with the magazine. When they have the audio and have the chance to get it linked a content update will be available to fix the issue. I don't know how soon it will happen though.
