MLS and Online Directory don't match
New ward clerk is throughly going through all reports, directories, membership lists and have found a few individuals that show up on the MLS membership list on the church building computer but the individual does not show up in the online directory or the ward clerks home computer. He can see everyone else on the home computer. How do we get these individuals to show up on the clerk resources on his home computer?

I'd check to see if the missing individuals have a Temporary Membership Record
Edit: if that's not the case, then I think it's likely that you don't really have their records, but that MLS failed to sync a move-out. In that case, I'd suggest trying a Unit data refresh to see if that gets things back in sync.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
