Primary children on Statistics Report

#1

Post by MrDRMorgan »

I am finding children, 3 through 12 on the Primary class rolls, who are members of the ward, and who do not appear on the Unit Statistics Report "Children 3 through 11 (as of Jan)". It looks like they drop off if they turn 9 and are not baptized or, on their 12th birthday in the same year.

Please advise the criteria to be added to or dropped off of this report.

[Moderator note: This topic was split from the Statistics Report topic. That topic dealt with temple recommends, and this topic deals with Primary children.]

Children who turn 9 without being baptized are no longer children of record, and will not appear on any statistical reports (including the quarterly report).

Children who turn 12 will appear in the Young Men or Young Women category, and so they are no longer listed in the Children 3-11 category (otherwise, they would be double counted).
