I am finding children, 3 through 12 on the Primary class rolls, who are members of the ward, and who do not appear on the Unit Statistics Report "Children 3 through 11 (as of Jan)". It looks like they drop off if they turn 9 and are not baptized or, on their 12th birthday in the same year.
Please advise the criteria to be added to or dropped off of this report.

Re: Primary children on Statistics Report
[Moderator note: This topic was split from the Statistics Report topic. That topic dealt with temple recommends, and this topic deals with Primary children.]
Children who turn 12 will appear in the Young Men or Young Women category, and so they are no longer listed in the Children 3-11 category (otherwise, they would be double counted).
Children who turn 9 without being baptized are no longer children of record, and will not appear on any statistical reports (including the quarterly report).MrDRMorgan wrote:I am finding children, 3 through 12 on the Primary class rolls, who are members of the ward, and who do not appear on the Unit Statistics Report "Children 3 through 11 (as of Jan)".
