E.Q. Pres. access

#1

Post by talktogreg1 »

I tried to download app and got this message:
"The content on this page is restricted to certain roles. LDS Account sign-in is required."
How does a new E. Q. Pres. get in the system?

MLS is an application that is installed on the ward's administrative computer. You don't need to download it onto your own computer (and, as you have discovered, you can't); even if you could, it would do you no good, since the data all resides on the ward's computer.

To gain access to MLS, talk to your ward clerk. He can set you up with an MLS account and explain your ward's policies for when and how you can use the ward's computer.

MLS is only available from a single computer within the ward. It is usually found in the clerks office. You will need to talk to the clerk to have him create a user account for you.

There are portions of MLS data available to certain leaders online on LDS.org throught the Leader and Clerk Resources. Unit auxiliary and organization leaders do not currently have access to Leader and Clerk Reources. This capability will be added some time in the future.
