can't access new missionaries transfered into ward
When I try to see the new missionaries that have transfered into our ward, it says it's that info isn't available at this time, try again later. It's been like this since Tuesday, June 25th. When will it be fixed?

To verify the issue, I am seeing the same message in my directory.
I am using a Mac with OSX 10.8.4.
My browser is Safari version 6.0.5.

I see no problems for my ward. I checked IE10, IE8, Firefox, and Chrome.
Does the message come up when the Missionary menu item is clicked in the left column?

If you have access to other ward via the drop down list at the top left, do you experience the same problem for other wards in your stake? That would help separate a data problem from a browser one.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Have you seen the missionary you are looking for before? The bishop of the ward where the missionary was has to transfer the missionary to you separately from the membership record.
It has to do with the finances of the mission.

I think we are talking about something different here. The missionaries serving in a ward (the assigned missionaries) and showing on the Directory are controlled by the mission area office. Whether or not missionaries have been swapped at the mission area office should not affect whether the entire missionary page would have a problem loading or not. Of course since I have not seen the problem I cannot verify the relationship of the data for the missionaries serving in a ward having an affect that would cause the entire page to not be available. I would expect either the previous missionary data to be displayed, no data to be displayed for the assigned missionaries, or the wrong assigned missionaries being displayed.TinMan wrote:Have you seen the missionary you are looking for before?
