Out of Ward - member

There is a couple in our ward, but have callings in the Spanish Ward, so they attend there, obviously.

On my LDS Tools app, their address appears. Other "normal" users in our ward, can't see it. I am the website admin, so I'm assuming I have more permissions?

Everyone's phone (on Android), I have the most updated LDS Tools app, and sync'd their data, but it doesn't appear. But on mine, it does.

Any ideas? Just permissions?

More than likely they have their Household Viability settings in the directory set to Private - Leadership Only.
