Tracking completed interviews

#1

Post by dheilner »

A branch president in our stake was recently called and is now trying to hold interviews with most of the branch (YSA branch). The question I have is, does anyone have a good method for tracking completed interviews?

The branch ex. secretary asked if somehow completed interviews could be tracked on Leader and Clerk Resources or in MLS. I can't think of a page in MLS that would be applicable. I think the "Action and Interview List" in Leader Resources is for children approaching baptism age, unbaptized members, overdue Aaronic priesthood ordinations, young men approaching mission age, men who have not served a mission, and potential missionary couples, all automatically populated. Maybe is there something in Member Focus, or is that just upcoming scheduled interviews, not a way to track completed interviews?

Thanks very much

Custom fields in MLS or a simple spreadsheet might be the easiest.

Hows about a check off on a hard copy of the ward directory. Everything does not need to be done electronically.

Add them all on the 'Member Focus' page - and then remove the as the interviews are completed.

What is the 'Member Focus' page and where does one go to find it?

It is/was on the leader resources section of lds online tools.

I'm no longer serving as bishop so I can't confirm if its still there.

It's on the Applications menu of the Leader Resources site but it's only available to bishops and executive secretaries.
