MLS Reverts to Prior Callings

Over the last ~eight months our MLS system has occasionally (2-3 times) reverted from who currently holds the calling in MLS to who used to hold the calling. For instance, Bro X is the Elder's secretary and is shown as such in MLS. Bro Y was the secretary 2 years ago (with at least one more Bro holding position between). MLS has automatically reverted back to Bro Y, which replaces Bro X. This has happened across a number of callings and organizations. As you can imagine, it causes issues. We thought it was a one time error at first, but don't want it to occur again. We think this needs to be reported to the IT guys in SLC as it seems to be a software glitch, but I have no idea to who or where to report it. Any suggestions?

What do you see in CDOL? It's possible that old callings in CDOL are syncing to MLS. That will most certainly happen if you do a unit refresh.

Note that CDOL is what syncs to the on-line directory, so it's in your interest to make sure it's correct.
